“Tricia is master of her art. Her studio is spotless and her equipment is very well maintained. The natural light and calm atmosphere is such a lovely place to focus in Pilates and quiet the mind. I highly recommend this studio for those serious about Pilates.”
“I found many recommendations for Thai Yoga and it did not dissappoint! Annie did a wonderful job! Different than a swiss massage and I loved it.”
“Genuinely one of the best jujitsu gyms we’ve come across. Coach Rocky and his team produce hard working, competitive athletes that truly understand jujitsu.
My son and daughter were welcomed in by his kind, respectful sons and our kids integrated so well with the rest of the team. Our kids had fun but also grew in their confidence and came out stronger, more technical athletes within the 4 months they were there. I can’t praise the jujitsu summer camp enough- if you get a chance to do it I’d highly recommend it. We appreciate Coach Rocky taking in our kids for our short stay and we can’t wait to be back to continue training with the best again!”
