The did not damage anything in our home. We met several personnel and each were as pleasant as the previous. The site manager was very engaged and oversaw the entire project to completion, always on-time. Each “craft” person, did their job the best that it can be done. Our floors were completed exactly on the time schedule that was agreed to and the workmanship is phenomenal. The tight fit of the flooring, the color, the finish and trim work…perfect! “All Brite floors is the only choice for installing and refinishing solid hardwoods. Do not waste you time talking to other ontractors, they won't match the quality and experience. All Brite did an amazing job refinishing my floors. Gary understood exactly the look I wanted for my white oak floors and perscribed an beautiful finish plan. Val and his guys work is perfection. It was so nice that Steve provided excellent communication on scheduling, etc. throughout the process. The best service I have seen from a contractor in a long time. I highly recommend them.“

“Sold & installed product from a vendor who went out of business. Now there's a problem with buckling and Buffaloe won't stand behind their product or workmanship. Strung us along for 5 months. Very poor communications; we always had to initiate followup. We're done.

UPDATE 1 - Owner reached out within 24 hours. They do care. We're working on an amicable solution. Probably the 'reach-out' wouldn't have happened with a big-box store. This is where a family-run business tends to shine. Things seem back on track. Hoping to post an even better update soon.

UPDATE 2 - Ended up with a final review of 5-stars. When a customer has issues, it's how the company handles the situation is what makes the biggest impact. That's where Buffaloe came through in a great way for us. We discussed options and were able to resolve the issues amicably and within schedule. Communications is key. They made things right.“
