We're so glad we found Shans. From the phone call to determine availability through to installation, it was first class all the way. John took an amazing amount of time to help us find exactly the right flooring for a job that was not big, by any means. Installation was done on the day scheduled, efficiently and beautifully executed. Installation by Rosando (?) was top notch and he was as cordial as an old friend.
We're going back soon to have other rooms done. Would recommend Shans without reservation...top notch service for all your flooring needs.

The installation was great and I'm very satisfied at the moment. I will give an extended review in the future.
