Floor & Decor
“Damon at Floor & Decor provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. As a DIY home renovator who enjoys taking the worst house on the block and transforming it into one of the best, I rely heavily on knowledgeable professionals and Damon exceeded every expectation.
He took the time to walk through several solutions for my shower, backsplash, and exterior ledger stone installation, explaining the pros and cons of each option so I could make the best decision for my project. He also recommended the right grinder accessories and helped me find the perfect manual tile cutter, saving me both time and money.
What impressed me most was his patience and willingness to teach. He explained why my drop and lock flooring had separated and recommended a product to help prevent it from happening again. Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, he walked with me throughout the store to help me locate every material I needed for my renovation.
It’s rare to find someone with this level of product knowledge who genuinely enjoys helping customers succeed. Damon made what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip feel easy and educational. If you’re tackling a renovation whether you’re a professional contractor or a DIYer like me ask for Damon. His expertise, patience, and outstanding customer service are second to none!”
