Floor Inspirations arranged a repair for carpeting that had gotten wet when heavy rains seeped into the house. They did this, even though we had not purchased the carpeting from them. They were excellent to work with and we got the repair organized and done before another store even got back with us. I went over to pay the bill in person and spent some time talking to the owner and looking around the shop. They have many, many high quality carpets and tiles for floors, countertops, and walls, as well as some beautiful and unusual home accessories like door handles. I was very impressed and would definitely consider them for any future renovation.
We purchased new LVP flooring for the entire first floor of our home from Doug and Zohra at Flooring Inspirations. Both of them were very friendly and knowledgeable and were extremely patient as I struggled to find the right flooring for our home.
Doug ordered 8 different flooring samples for me without hesitation and had them available for me to pick up and bring home in record time.
Once a decision was reached they were able to schedule the installation very quickly. We love our new floors, the installation was professional and was completed in less time than anticipated.
