We visited other stores and found the staff had almost zero product knowledge and even less idea of how to give a consultation.Hala and her staff on the other hand treated us like we were the only customers for the year. She was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and did not rush any aspect. In fact, we received numerous calls well before the installation to confirm each aspect discussed to ensure no changes were made/required.Further, she, the staff and installers integrated with our builder in a very efficient manner that resulted in zero delays or mistakes. I would not hesitate to use 5 Star floors and recommend anyone who is building or remodeling to see for yourself. I do not see anyone providing better service and quality than 5 Star Floors.“

At my rental house in Pearland, I got some new tile flooring installed in my kitchen, got some laminate flooring installed in my living room and den, and I got a kitchen backsplash as well as a bathroom backsplash.
