I have to say this is the #1 store when it comes to fast unloading.
Walter goes above and beyond every time. He’s not only fast, but also careful, efficient, and organized. The moment you arrive, he checks your paperwork and opens the trailer seal so everything is ready to go.
Whether you have 20 pallets or 37, he’ll usually have you unloaded in under 30 minutes. His system works incredibly well, and I honestly think other stores could learn a lot from the way he handles the unloading process.

My review is not so much about the company but about an associate that went over and above to assist me and my contractor with a project. Lekan, at the Dacoma location, was very patient and knowledgeable with the products in question and checked multiple stores to ensure we had the correct amount of product to complete our project. He was so kind and his patience was very much appreciated when I began to feel overwhelmed with all of the options. He made sure to explain them in a way that made my decision clear. I had to go back to the store a week or so later and he remembered me and came up to ask how it turned out. I wish there were more associates like Lekan!!
