Floor Coverings International Houston Memorial is dedicated to providing excellent customer service from the initial contact to the completion of the project. They offer a unique shopping experience by bringing a showroom filled with various flooring samples directly to your home or business. Their product selection is vast, sourced from different parts of the world, including carpet, stair runners, tile, backsplashes, showers, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and area rugs. Their team of experts is knowledgeable in handling various flooring projects. For instance, the installation crew, led by Teo and Rafael, did an excellent job in installing new carpet on the stairs and reflooring the upstairs with vinyl wood planking. They were polite, professional, and committed to providing high-quality work. Rafael and his team from Floor Coverings International were very professional, focused, and asked questions when needed, which made the customer feel more involved in the process. The work they did looks amazing, especially in the Home Office, Master Bedroom, and two closets. Due to their impeccable work ethic, the customer plans to have the team install new flooring on the staircase and loft area upstairs. Mike, one of their representatives, helped a customer choose the perfect carpet for their stairwell by reviewing photos of the area and bringing several samples to their house. Raul, the technician, installed the carpet runner quickly and courteously. Additionally, a customer appreciated the project manager Miguel for his professionalism and thoroughness, which made the process smooth and satisfying. Floor Coverings International Houston Memorial also accommodated a customer who needed to get carpet installed in their new home quickly due to a divorce. The team, including Edward, Teo, and Ileana, were kind, attentive, and professional throughout the process. The customer was satisfied with the final result, and the price was competitive. Overall, Floor Coverings International Houston Memorial is highly recommended due to their commitment to customer satisfaction, extensive product selection, and expert installation services.
