We were preparing for last minute house guests when we noticed that the bedroom carpet looked very bad with old pet stains and water stains from where we had previously tried to clean it ourselves. So they located a busted hose pipe just behind the kitchen sink, repaired it, dried wet areas with humidifier machines and replaced sheetrock where it was needed.
