It was very easy to book my carpet cleaning job online. I received a notice about 30 minutes ahead of time, notifying me Of the upcoming arrival. Eric V. was extremely friendly and helpful, and provided extensive information about the cleaning prior to beginning the job. I was able to add a room upon their arrival that I hadn’t previously scheduled. Very satisfied with the work performed and appreciative of Eric’s professionalism.
We are very knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process, having owned a carpet cleaning company for 14 years. Since selling the company, no one but Stanley Steamer has come close to meeting our expectations. Today Eric and Derrick surpassed ALL expectations we could ever have. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and consciences. Their workmanship on this 25 year old white carpet is truly incredible....looks almost new! They give the kind of customer service we all dream of but rarely see. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
Stanley Steemer always does an amazing job, is professional and makes my whole house fresh again. Today I had my couch chair and ottoman clean and deodorized and my wood floor cleaned and everyone keeps commenting how fresh and clean the house seems! It’s a splurge that is worth it!
