“I had a clogged pipe coming from my furnace , and it leaked water everytime the AC came on. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, and he diagnosed the problem and he let me know that he could only try to unclog it with all he had which was something similar to a snake that reached further, then he followed up with a solution, then water, then we turned the AC back on and let it ran for 10 minutes to make sure there were no more leaks, and it worked. He told me if this didn't solve the problem then another plumber would need to be called out to open the pipe. The cost for this was $ 560.00 but I was given a senior discount, of $75.00 off. I'm greatful that that's all that it was because I can only imagine how much it would've been if the pipes had to be opened or replaced. In my opinion, this was a 45 min job, I think that it shouldn't been over $250.00.”
