Sam was very explanatory throughout the entire process, very nice guy I cannot explain how much of a genuinely good person Sam is and the workers was very professional and kind as well. May God continue to bless this company, my husband and I have absolutely no regrets.
Service was great, except the technician did not explain charges before I could authorize work and was not told ahead of time of credit card surcharge. I would have prepared with a check or cash. Also as far as I know debit card is not to be charged the surcharge the technician said that he didn't know that it was something new started by the company.
Excellent service. The technician went above and beyond and addressed an issues that several technicians from other companies before him either overlooked or didn't bother addressing. I will definitely use this company as well as refer them to others. They are top notch and affordable.
