I was out of town when one of our pipes began to leak. My wife was home and had to deal with the whole mess by herself. Our Bionic Project Supervisor, Tristan Rodriguez made the process easy to understand and walked my wife through the whole process to where she was comfortable. He explained options to her and even did a conference call with me so we could make the right decisions for us and our situation. Jerry Anderson and his team did a great job, arriving on a Sunday after a burst water pipe flooded our living room, kitchen, laundry and hallway. At first I thought, “how could this leak travel so far?”, but it left water stains and algae 7” high inside my kitchen cabinets, once they were torn out and I could see the damage. Getting Bionics there was a good call for their water mitigation service.
