Very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to share information. Micah actually recommended no dry out services for my issue; stated it would be taking advantage of me as the amount of damage did not warrant dry out services. Instead, he referred me to a handy man service who could remove the wet Sheetrock and replace it for less money and damage to my home. It’s rare to find a company or person who puts the true needs of the customer ahead of their bottom line. I highly recommend Micah and Dry Force. I will call them again in the future for any water issues in my home.
