“I can say enough about Payton and his ServPro team as they went above and beyond in our times of need. If I could give them 10 Stars out of 5 I would!<br><br>Our home flooded due to a busted toilet in the middle of the night. We called ServPro at 5:00 am in the morning and they responded immediately. Payton worked with our insurance adjuster and his team treated our property with respect and care.<br><br>What is most impressive about Payton and his team came well after our property was returned when our home repair was complete. We decided not to put everything back so his team restored what we wanted and left us with the remaining boxes to unpack ourselves. I moved some of the boxes to our storage unit to hold for future use. Unfortunately, our storage unit was broken into, and I needed to provide an inventory of what was missing. My wife remembered that Payton's team had an inventory report so I reached out to Payton on a Friday afternoon at 4:45 pm. Payton took my call and understood my need. Payton worked with his team and was able to provide me with a copy of the inventory report the next morning.
