“I called Steve King regarding a leaky exterior faucet that was getting progressively worse with time. As previously agreed, he arrived at our home the next morning.After discussing the options (and costs) of replacing only the washer (temporary fix) or the whole faucet (permanent fix), we agreed on the latter.The replacement - which included chipping out some brick mortar, installing the new faucet & anti-siphon valve, and re-grouting the small hole in the brick - only took Steve about 20 minutes to complete.My wife and I considered Steve to be friendly, knowledgable, professional, and honest.
