“Cesar is amazing and he did what other technician's wouldn't. He is a tech and someone you could really be friends with. HONESTY or lack of, had been a problem with a couple companies I've dealt with for things needed for the home and for vehicle. Cesar was honest, patient and this is an edit to my review just so I can mention more about him. We were his 6th call on a hot day. Our indoor unit is in the hot attic. He never once acted frustrated with questions, explanations and he just made an impression on me. He was the second technician sent by Copeland to go over what the first one failed to do; it turns out. He left with our air condition working and with a quote for a replacement we will need soon. This company will be a very large and successful nationwide company faster than most companies usually accomplish these things. I usually do not write long detailed comments, but I hope my experience helps someone else make the right choice when deciding who to call for air condition and/or furnace related needs.

“First of all, Shanon was extremely kind and helpful on the phone. She has a very sweet voice and you could tell she was genuinely interested in helping us with our plumbing problem. Our previous plumber from another city didn’t bother to call us back. I Fired him!!!

“I called Steve King regarding a leaky exterior faucet that was getting progressively worse with time. As previously agreed, he arrived at our home the next morning.After discussing the options (and costs) of replacing only the washer (temporary fix) or the whole faucet (permanent fix), we agreed on the latter.The replacement - which included chipping out some brick mortar, installing the new faucet & anti-siphon valve, and re-grouting the small hole in the brick - only took Steve about 20 minutes to complete.My wife and I considered Steve to be friendly, knowledgable, professional, and honest. We also believed his cost to be very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call on him again for any of our future plumbing needs.“
