I'm late on posting this review. The technician Elmer came to my house to repair an issue with my toilet leaking. He called, was on time, repaired the issue. He asked if I had any other concerns before he left. The lady who scheduled the appointment (I believe her name was Laura) she was very polite and worked with my scheduled. I'm still under warranty but will continue to use them after my warranty is up.

Samuel with J&S Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! He was very quick to respond and was able to get us in next day since this was a time sensitive matter. Showed up earlier than expected and was quick to respond to texts/emails/phone calls. I work in the mortgage/real estate industry and will recommend him to all my clients. J&S did all the plumbing in my home. A dial was messed up on our shower knob so the hot and cold was not accurate. I called to schedule a time for them to come and fix it at my builders recommendation. They said they couldn’t without billing me since it was over a year and no longer covered. Forget that it was barely over a year, in a pandemic where we haven’t been eager to let people into our home considering the circumstances.
