I needed what I thought was a minor repair to my washing machine water supply valves. I put in a request and Terry was available same day. He came over right on time. He quickly identified the issue that needed to be resolved. He gave me a very reasonable estimate which I naturally accepted. He did the work with professionalism, and efficiency. Terry did a great job at troubleshooting the issue and then took the time to talk the water heater manufacturer to make sure they replaced my water heater for free since it was under warranty still.
