I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am to have come into contact with Washburn Air. I spoke with them late last night and he was here today by 11:20 am. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes, if not less, and the entire experience was just amazing. He is very friendly, professional, affordable (this was our biggest concern with getting it fixed and he was more then willing to make something work for us both) and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and how to work on them. He will be our go to person from now on and will be the one we recommend to everyone we know. We have been using Washburn Air for a few years now to do routine maintenance on our AC and heater unit. They are always very friendly, the customer service is amazing, and they show up on time do the work and don’t try to sell you anything extra. Our service tech, Tom, is great! Ask for him for your next service :) I love that they do text appointment reminders - don’t we all need that?
