We had a leak show up on the exterior of our cottage. Turned out to be a pipe running down from the on demand water heater. Jason, with Gillis Plumbing showed up a few hours after I called, diagnosed the problem, repaired the pipe and was done in an hour. Jason was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for years and love the staff and it's clean and relaxing they've always done me right but this last time I went I got helped by this older man covered with tattoos and was not impressed with his work I asked him to fix it and it came out worse than it did the first time I asked for a different nail tech and was pushed to the same guy who was now frustrated and aggressively redid the messed up nails only to make it worse and able to see the previous work he had done I plan on going back but hope to be helped by the ladies who have previously done my nails

This was the coolest place to get a no frills hair cut and style. The building was once the family home of the owner retro fitted into a salon. You get the best most open feeling from the moment you arrive. My stylist Judy did a great job. She asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted then washed and cut my hair. There was no product up sale and the products on hand where things I could easily acquire. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be back.

I'll be honest, I don't enjoy getting my hair cut. Rootology made it a genuinely pleasant experience, which I wasn't expecting. Katharine took the time to actually talk through what would work best for me rather than just doing what I asked and sending me on my way. Ended up with a great cut and a much better experience than I'm used to. I'll be back.
Two therapists came in on their day off to accommodate our schedule as visitors to the area. They worked hard to provide wonderful services, including a salt massage, hand & foot massage, and facial. The mimosas were a nice extra touch.

We're locals, always looking for new places to try, and didn't even know this place existed until I did some online research for a place we visited over 20 years ago. I couldn't find that place (in another location), but to my surprise found this one instead. They have a parking lot, but we have a dually so we parked on the street, where there was ample space. Usually, when I book a massage, I also plan a brunch beforehand somewhere nearby. It's so convenient that everything is in one place; food, spa, gardens, and even quaint little cottages if you want to stay there. We enjoyed a lovely brunch at the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the staff attentive (Thank you, Billy Frank). You could tell this place was heavily invested in to be absolutely wonderful at every turn. Every detail from the gardens to the massages is well thought out and gives you a very special experience, which is exactly what we were looking for. Darcy and Amy were awesome!

Excellent service. Paul Sr answered right away & was helpful over the phone. Paul Jr came out that day (late on a Friday afternoon) to take care of our pump & tank problems. He took time to explain the system & what had gone wrong. Friendly, quality service. I will definitely use Hartcraft next time.
Junior came out as fast as he could to help me with my tankless hot water heater and he is getting the parts and he's going to fix it very fast for me. It is a family business and they treat you like you are part of the family. I would highly recommend them to help you if you have problems.

I had a problem with lights flickering and finally half the house wouldn’t work. I called Klein Electric and with his knowledge and expertise was able to diagnose the problem. What a life saver….especially since my TV was in the part of the house that didn’t work! Got back to having power and really appreciate his time!

WEEK 1
We went in to Braunbach Granite in early May. Just to browse and see what they had.
We spoke with Vincent. He was very helpful in answering our questions, and finding a few countertops we liked. We were able to take some samples home.
We ordered the next day.
Anthony came out a few days later. And did the measurements. Including an area for an electrical outlet on the island we wanted to install, as well as drawer front in one of the bathrooms.
WEEK 2
The next week our counters were removed.
(We were responsible for unhooking sinks and tub removal as well as hooking them back up after installation) We had been advised that it could be up to 3 weeks.
We told them we had company arriving June 2 hopefully we could have if possible the smaller bathroom done by then.
They said they would try.
WEEK 3
We were contacted Wednesday they said the counters were ready. They could come Friday to install.
Chris, Bryce, and Gilbert arrived Friday afternoon. They installed all the countertops, in kitchen and both bathrooms
Even placed the tub to make sure it fit.
When they moved the stove back they placed and leveled it better than when it was delivered.
We were notified at least once a week of the status of our counters.
The whole process took about 22 days!

I was quite nervous about my surgery with Dr. Ghidoni, but it went very well. I was never in any pain during the procedure or after during recovery. The sutures were artistically and precisely placed which impressed me. It definitely showed attention to detail.

This VET has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the front desk to the staff in the back. Opal is professional and extremely experienced in helping solve painful issues in the body. I prefer deep tissue massage that "fixes" the problem rather than relaxation. Opal adapts to what i ask and does a great job. Highly recommended, you will be happy you chose her to help you!
