Mark who came to check for termites (annual) showed up a few minutes early and got to work checking all the places termites might be or signs of them might be.I watched him go through his outside routine from my office window. If there were any termites around, Mark was going to find them.He was very professional, friendly and made you feel like you were a long time friend and you knew when he left he had taken good care of you. We recently built a new home in the country and spiders and scorpions are a concern. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they showed up the next day with chemicals specific to my needs. Kyle, their representative, was quick but thorough, friendly and professional. I didn’t have to leave the house for any amount of time which is awesome. All in all this was a super easy and nice experience. Will definitely be a returning customer.
