“Kimberly had a personal issue to attend to, so was running late. Carissa welcomed me with a mimosa and an apology. Once Kimberly arrived, there was no room in the schedule to use my gift card for my 90 minute massage. Carissa gifted me a complimentary 60 minute massage with Kimberly, which gave so much relief for the pain in my low back, neck and shoulders. Just wonderful. I am definitely looking forward to coming back for my originally scheduled service!“
