I'll be honest, I don't enjoy getting my hair cut. Rootology made it a genuinely pleasant experience, which I wasn't expecting. Katharine took the time to actually talk through what would work best for me rather than just doing what I asked and sending me on my way. Ended up with a great cut and a much better experience than I'm used to. I'll be back.
Carlie was AMAZING. She gave me a full highlight, cut and style. She listened to everything I said and my hair turned out just like I wanted. Also….the head massage in the shampoo bowl another AMAZING. Thanks Carlie. 💗
