Hill Country Veterinary Clinic is a kind and thoughtful practice that goes above and beyond to help pets and the community. Their dedicated staff, including compassionate veterinarians like Dr. Amy Pilmer, provide exceptional care, even on holidays. The team is known for being very loving and caring toward animals and maintaining a professional atmosphere. They diagnose and treat pets with care, listening to pet owners and taking the time to understand the root cause of issues. The clinic features separate areas for dogs and cats, ensuring a comfortable environment for all pets. They also support local spay and neuter programs and wildlife care. Although there have been occasional scheduling issues, the clinic values customer feedback and strives to address concerns promptly, as demonstrated by Dr. Pilmer's follow-up after an initial visit.
We brought Sophie in for a hurt right front paw. Dr Bailey took x-rays but there were no broken bones or anything lodged in her paw. Sophie was treated very well and was shown a lot of compassion. HC Vet is an awesome place to bring your pet for any service!
What a wonderful vet clinic!! We took our dogs in for their annual check up and vaccinations. The staff was very friendly and they treated our dogs with such care. I highly recommend Hill Country Vet Clinic!
Great staff and vet! We had an emergency and they got us in the same day and the staff and vet were great! They answered all my questions as we ponder a tooth cleaning for our little dog in the near future.
