U.S Nails

I have been to US nails twice. The first time, the staff knew that I hadn't been there before. They were very polite, friendly, conscientious, and went out of their way to provide an excellent experience.The second time was not like that all. I was rushed from station to station, scrutinized for my selections, told that 2 of my nails weren't smudged when they were, and then was rudely questioned about the tip I left because even though it was in the guidelines, she "reminded" me that 3 different people had served me.Total opposite experience than the first one.

The place is nice but it’s so expensive for an overlay set and 2 pedicures it was almost 200 and when you pay the lady comes around the counter to look at the tip you leave and she makes a remark on what you put.

Pretty nice place. The wait was not to bad. I wasn't fond of the person who did my pedicure this time. He was a little rough and my toenails weren't shaped the same. But I liked the tech who did my friend's pedi.
