For starters, this was my first time here and I do plan on going back, as I feel overall like I need another experience to know how I feel. This is based on one visit I made on a Wednesday afternoon (when I assumed they wouldn't be busy). Pros: -Staff is very friendly -Location is clean and accessible -Offers many services -Got what I asked for Cons: -Waited almost an hour to be seen -Saw someone with an appointment still have to wait -Nails came out with some discolorations/marks

Came to spend the weekend here in Fredricksburg, TX and me and my husband both needed pedicures. Found this place online read the reviews and was sold. We both got the deluxe pedicure with orange, James did mine and it was amazing and beautiful shellac #240☺️ Bebe did my husbands pedi and he said she gave a great massage. We both liked the fact that they both made conversation ☺️ Thank you!!!Service: Pedicure

I love this place. My husband and I go here every 2 or 3 weeks. The ladies are amazing! HOWEVER, the guy that is there does not listen to what you want. I told him I didn't want my toenails trimmed and he proceeded to do it anyways. He cut so far into my big toe even after I told him to stop that it is now sore. He does a half-ass job, doesn't complete the Deluxe pedicure like it says, and doesn't care what you have to say. I was with my husband and a friend and both started before me and somehow I was still done before both of them. I will come back here for the amazing women, but I will never let him touch anything ever again.
