“We highly recommend Animal Health Care Center! I used them many years ago for 2 of my dogs that needed surgery and they were wonderful… fast forward to now and my current dog and they have been the best match for us! After over $1,000 elsewhere with no answers we came in to see Dr Brown and not only have they finally diagnosed him correctly and got my guy to feeling more like himself they are so wonderful with him that he didn’t even get upset during his nail trim that he’s usually terrified about. “Ive really been enjoying the Puppy Kindergarten program at PetSuites with my puppy, Emmie. I had no idea that PetSuites even offered a separate program from their regular daycare and boarding, but they do, and it’s been such a great experience. “I wanted to wait a couple of weeks after our 8-mth-old puppy, Emma, completed training to write this review.
Emma isn't our first dog or our first puppy; we had many over the years and were always able to train them ourselves. Most of our fur-babies have been rescues and Emma is no different so we didn't think training her would be any different, but boy, were we wrong. We weren't prepare for her particular personality. It was clear to us we needed help this time. Our first attempt at professional training was positive-only, treat-driven training and while it may work for some pups it was a epic failure for us. It had gotten to the point we weren't even in control of our home and were simply reacting to what she was doing, which was mostly being destructive. It had gotten so bad we were seriously considering re-homing her, which we had never done before and were feeling pretty miserable even thinking about.
Then Complete K-9 happened! EJ and Heidi worked a miracle on our little girl and that's not an exaggeration. i couldn't believe the pup we picked up was the same pup we dropped off. She was calm, focused, and listened to commands. Their training method is a balance of positive and negative reinforcement, but also based in dog psychology. Per EJ and Heidi's instructions we continue to work with Emma about 10-15 minutes per day, five days a week and she only continues to get better. Thank you, EJ and Heidi, you are truly miracle workers.“

“This past Wednesday was a hard day for me and my family as our beloved dog, Pilot went to heaven. But, I had to leave a glowing review for Lisa because she showed me how to train Pilot and it set us up for a wonderful 13 1/2 years together. Truly, this dog was the greatest animal of my entire life! Lisa is a gifted dog trainer and is passionate about it. I'll never forget when we advanced to the off leash class many years ago. Lisa kidded me that if she could do it with her chihuahua Flash then I could do it with a schnauzer.

One last thought – if you're reading this and you have a young puppy – do not wait to make it up to Lisa's K-9 kids. The key for Pilot's successful life as a domestic family dog was from the period between 7 weeks and 8 months. If you have an older dog, they really can learn new tricks and Lisa is a great one to teach you to teach them how to do it! She taught me a principle I'll carry with me forever, and that's there are not good and bad dogs. There are trained dogs, and untrained dogs.

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.
However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.
My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“

“Went with my best friend to take her dog. Staff was kind and quick however we would like to mention we had Dr. Daniel Wegenast… he was knowledgeable but after doing her “exam” he came back telling us he drained fluid and used the laser device on her without consulting my friend. She paid for things she did not agree to. She would have 100% drained the fluid but the fact that they did not let her know what he was doing to her dog or asking if the price or procedure was okay is slightly frustrating“
