Southside Veterinary Clinic provides care, operating on a walk-in model, offering personal service. Clients appreciate the clinic's professionalism. The clinic is praised for its compassion and expertise. However, some clients mention the vet area did not look that clean and their pet came home with fleas. Pricing was described as high cost and expensive for internal deworming of two cats. They took excellent care of a little black Chihuahua.
We love this clinic and staff so much! We've been taking our chihuahua mix and beagle here for the past few years. We used to live close by (about 15mins away), but even since moving to Eagle Mountain lake area, we still make the drive about 30mins away to keep the girls where we know and trust. Because my husband works nights and my schedule is so crazy, having the ability to walk in for an appointment vs scheduling is SO helpful. Not to mention, if anything urgent comes up, we are able to get in quickly. The staff knows our dogs by name, and can always recognize my husband's voice when he calls for refills or scheduling. We brought our dog in, and I can’t express how thankful we are for this clinic. Everyone was so kind. The veterinarian explained everything clearly, was incredibly understanding, and took the time to go over all of our options.They never pressured us and even offered payment plan options. We’re truly grateful for the care and kindness they showed us.
They took care of our baby Iris. Very caring and reassuring.
