10/10 experience. My dog has horrible anxiety from past vet visits somewhere else and the techs here, along with Dr. Shaffer, really put him at ease. For the first time in his life, he wasn’t shaking on the way home. She is so thorough with explaining everything going on and doesn’t rush you out the door. I never write google reviews but I’m so happy I went here and listened to everyone else’s praises.

It was my 1st visit and it was so nice to be treated with friendly people who answered my questions and if they weren't sure they would go inside and find out for me as it is all curbside service . Dr. Shaffer called me and explained everything very well and is so warm and friendly. I am definitely switching from Banfield to Shaffer hospital.

I needed a vet to see Tuzue who was suffering with a persitent cough. I was told by the Animal Hospital of crowlly near Rt1187. That Shaffer Vet Hospital was available. I went to her, made an appointment. At 130pm returned was taken care of. Tuzie was coughing like seriously . After listening to Tuzie prescribed medicine made an appoinment for next time. And was out in 30 mi n uses. They have help to reduce my stress over my love pet. Immediately attended to my concern. Annalized the pet problem and prrescribed the medicine needed..I gave them a five
