I’ve brought my pup here plenty of times - I may be a bit overprotective. Every time the staff is friendly to me and my pup. They usually thoroughly explain every aspect of our visit. Aside from varying wait times we are always very satisfied with our experience.
We were visiting from Seattle and had a minor emergency for our tiny dog. The staff at I-20 were so kind and professional. We were so surprised at how reasonable the price was, considering it was an emergency visit and late at night. They were able to see us quickly and we left quickly too. Honest service and answers. They never tried to push for any extra tests or unnecessary costs.Ended up going back a couple weeks later for a heart worm test and flea/tick/heart worm pill. Again the service was prompt and no complaints.Wishing we had a vet like this back home! Thanks, I-20 Animal Medical Center!
Whether you have an emergency or just need a regular check-up, this facility will take great care of you and your pet. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention friendly. They know you are not at your best when worried about your pet and help make you feel at ease. My cat recently had to stay here for a few days for a blockage, and they were great about keeping me updated and making me feel comfortable about the whole process.
