Recently, Milo (my cat) has been seen by Dr. Herrod who has been amazing in figuring things out for her. She was able to see Milo prior to a procedure to rule out an infection and has given many recommendations to help her. “Highland Village Animal Medical Center is the best! We have been bringing our furry babies there for 20+ years. We moved to Denton two years ago and still make the drive to HV because of the outstanding care and love they provide. Everyone there is outstanding, from doctors, to technicians to front desk. And Dr. Lorien Schoelkopf is so very gentle with our 14 year old Schnauzer/Poodle and our 7 year old Australian Cattle dog/American Staffordshire. Love these folks!! Always thankful for their outstanding care.“

Dr. Ward is amazing and so knowledgeable about preparations for my families move overseas. As a USDA Accredited Veterinarian, I am pleased that Dr. Ward had research my needs before our appointment and was prepared for with a treatment plan for my two cats and a timeline to submit necessary paperwork.“

“Calamity and Weston just had their annual check-ups, and once again Dr. Eubank and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. They treat my kitties with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care—you can tell they truly love what they do.

Calamity felt like the princess she believes she is, and Weston (my little food-motivated shadow) was completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, the visit was thorough, and I left feeling confident my babies are in the best hands.

“My 23 year old cat came down blind suddenly, they were very caring, helpful, and worked around his extreme dislike of all things medical to find the cause of his issue and get a treatment plan that is working very well without stressing him out too badly. A couple of weeks later he had to go to an emergency vet for a separate issue, and Cross Timbers are working hand in hand with that vet to transfer his treatment over and get him the help and care that he needs. Fantastic experience with them, I highly recommend their services.“

“We had to bring in our sweet Dexter for an emergency splenectomy due to a ruptured mass. It was such a traumatic day, but everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs to our surgeon were incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Throughout surgery and the recovery process they were honest and informative, and let us know that we could call or come in any time to check on our boy. I think we interacted with just about everyone on the team over those few days and that level of care was consistent across the board. I'm endlessly grateful to them for saving Dex and for taking such incredible care of him while he recovered. Dr. Mandava helped us with our dog Clark who needed teeth removed and we knew we were in the best hands possible. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.“
