“My son and I took our elderly schnauzer here after being very underwhelmed with our long time vet clinic in Lewisville (the founding vet had retired and the other vets we saw had left). I read reviews online for Little Elm Pet Clinic. While most were very positive, there were a few concerning. I must say, I was very pleased with the whole staff and clinic in general. We will also be bringing our golden doodle here soon. Thank you to the whole staff from Jen, Ian, and Jett.“

“Today my dog Mia had her yearly exam. I met Dr. Head and her tech Christina for the first time. Dr. Head came into the room and did a thorough check on Mia. She asked me questions and treated Mia as if she was her own dog. Christina was fabulous and welcomed Mia with open arms. She even printed information for me to read more on about Mia’s condition that she has. Overall this was a wonderful experience that I have not had before and highly recommend the both of them. “12/30-I just purchased a teacup Yorkie that had some skjn issues and took my baby to Castle Hills Animal Hospital where I met Dr. Joy and his staff. They were absolutely wonder. Addressed my concerns before leaving and assured me that his condition is treatable.I am soo glad I found you Dr. Joy and look forward to a long relationship with you and your staff!!1/5-Dasher fell while playing and had a little limp. I called Castle Hill Animal Hospital to see if Dr. Joy could look at him. They immediately said bring him in, checked him out and assured me his was ok. “We bought a house in large part to have dogs. The house we bought was just down the street from Lewisville North Animal Clinic. But, before we went I asked all my neighbors, that had animals, who they used. ALL used them. And not just because they were literally within walking distance. I wish my physician and dentist were as on the spot about answering calls and making appointments!!!!! I get so angry when a call goes immediately to answering devices, only to be called WHO KNOWS WHEN. Not here. The friendliness of the staff, and vets contribute to a relaxed visit. The last of Feb our dog NYX figured out how to open the front door and took off down the road where he was hit by a car. I really thought we might have to end his life but the Vets there helped by making his operation affordable to us and did what they could to repair his fractured bone and lacerations. Our multiple visits since to check on the progress has only enforced how wonderful these folks are and how MUCH they truly care for your animals. I think Nyx knows as well. Our first visit, before the accident, I had to drag him in. He did NOT like the smell of a Vet office. Now he cannot wait to go in. The same with our other dog Ishtar. She must be restrained with effort to keep her from wanting to go in the office and greet them all. Nyx is almost out of his splint and we are thankful every day for not only the great work done, the time given for explanations of what it being done, how to help with his healing, the affordability for the treatment, and how well they treat our beloved dogs. I do not know how it could be better.“
“My GSD was 2 years old when she partially tore her CCL. Stem cell therapy and PRP was performed by Dr. Stramel. We have continued to see him for past 4 years for laser, acupuncture, and underwater treadmill rehab. I elected to retire her from agility but otherwise she is loving life and has competed in Rally and Nosework. Thanks to Dr. Stramel, we have avoided surgery. Highly recommend Advanced Care Veterinary Service.“

“Dr. Bowe was the surgeon who repaired a broken femur on my then 3yr old dog, while he was in the care of a rescue. I went back to him 8 years later, when his hip was bothering him, and not only he remembered him and had all his records. After X-Rays there wasn’t anything he could do surgery wise, so he gave me recommendations to manage his discomfort plus prescribed some meds. After a few weeks of doing what he said my dog regain use of his hip and has been doing great since.A month agYears eve, my dog had bloody diarrhea and we had to take him to an emergency vet. To my surprise, Dr. Bowe called on the first business day, and left me a message saying he was notified of our ER visit and was calling to check on my dog to see if he was doing better or if he needed something else. I was floored he took the time to call personally.Dr Bowe is a very experienced, kind, caring and professional Vet, and I’m so grateful and lucky to have gone back to his practice. Yes, getting a same day appointment is very unlikely ( same situation with PCP’s for humans!) so for emergencies I take my dog to Urgent Vet in Prosper, and see Dr. Bowe for yearly checks and issues related to his hip or overall wellbeing. That’s the combo that works for us because I know I won’t get his level of care anywhere else, and I trust him wholeheartedly for my dog.“

“Incredibly convenient and professional. A great alternative to going to a vet. They even called us and said to come in whenever since they had multiple cancelations. About 4 people did show up when we arrived, and they were able to see us all despite the fact that the clinic had officially closed for the day. They were amazing in dealing with our less than cooperative dog and were able to get him caught up on everything he needed. They provided us with documentation, a tag, and important information about our visit. Special shout out to Dr. Emily Couvillion and her team! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!“

“Love Dr Kim and his staff! I came from Banfield where the wait was an hour long and so chaotic. His practice is calm and quiet and I've never had to wait more than 10 min for him to attend to all my dogs. He's so gentle and sweet with them. My dogs have a lot of anxiety at the vets but over the past year of doing to Dr. Kim, they are much more relaxed and less stressed. He takes his time to be thorough about diagnosing and takes into account the dog's temperament when prescribing meds, ie injectable antibiotics bc one of my dogs is crazy and won't take pills.“
