We lived in the inner part of Houston for a while where we had to drive everywhere to get these things done but having access to oaks dog ranch is honestly been our favorite part of living in this area. She loves the staff there and you can see how much they care about anyone that comes through the property. So thankful for this team!“

“I really want to take a moment to acknowledge the staff at Urban Mutt Retreat—Jason and Trinity are absolutely wonderful! They are always attentive, caring, and I feel very comfortable leaving my babies in their hands. The workers here are the heart of this place, and they do an amazing job.

That being said, it’s disappointing to see that the owners are not keeping the facility up to date. The grass is so overgrown that when I come to pick up my dogs, I can’t even see them playing. It also makes driving in a bit unpleasant. On top of that, the countertop at the front is loose—I almost fell and dropped everything I was carrying because of it.

The staff truly deserve better support from ownership, and the dogs (and their owners!) deserve a safe, well-kept environment. I really hope the owners take action soon to maintain the facility at the same level of care that Jason and Trinity put into their work every single day.“
