Josiah have me the best massage I think I've ever had! He listens to what you say that you need and works hard to release tense muscles! I'm thoroughly impressed! I've had many massages in my lifetime, so I'm able to speak from experience

I had a great massage with Kristin! I do a lot of weight lifting and running and do not need a massage where I’m being petted for an hour, I like firm pressure and muscle release. Kristin addresses all of the areas I felt were tight and actually got my glutes so relaxed I could sleep on my back without discomfort for the first time in forever. If you’re ok with deep pressure and want a results driven massage, I highly recommend her!

I am so thankful I started investing in my health and found the best massage therapist there is! Being a dental hygienist is very tough on my body. I have been seeing Reid for a while to help manage the chronic pain that comes with my profession. He is very knowledgeable and has a true talent for melting away my aches and pains. He is so kind and personable which helps make the massage experience even more enjoyable. I highly encourage anyone looking for help through this healing art to go see Reid!! You won’t regret it.
