“Petbar in Colleyville is amazing! Not only do they do a fantastic job taking care of my little guy, but they deliver the most outstanding customer service. When Mickey, my feisty Pomeranian, started going to this Petbar a few years ago he was timid, anxious and a bit overwhelmed. But over the years, the staff has done such a great job with him. He now gets excited about going and getting washed. He loves to see Ms. Rachel every week and Gigi always has him soft, fluffy and smelling so clean. It’s wonderful! Ms. Rachel is always so personable and professional. I look forward to chatting with her every week. She’s always available to answer my questions and she’s so accommodating with their scheduling (and i can be a bit challenging). I feel like everyone in the place loves my Mickey and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This kind of overall service is priceless (although their weekly subscription rate is also an amazing price).
