He took the time to explain everything in detail (I typically ask a lot of questions), and proceeded to do the installation within or under the estimated duration. Everything was high quality and the site was all clean when finished. Bob is also very good with follow up inquiries post installation, with response times as quick as at the beginning.It is refreshing to meet such a professional company in the plumbing industry.
