“Alter Construction has a great team that is on your side. They renovated our first floor after it was flooded from a water leak.
Eli presented his plan and cost estimate, and stuck to it. More than that, he didn't nickel and dime us for anything. They painted a third coat on the ceiling without charging us. We really wanted the pantry replaced by kitchen cabinetry, but the cost was a concern. Eli saw how important that was for us and did not charge us for the demo of the pantry, the drywall repairs, texturing and repainting. He wanted us to have the kitchen we envisioned, and we are so grateful for that.
His employees are responsible. Friendly and know what they were doing. Job site was clean and neat every evening. At the end of each day, Eli called us with a summary of what was done and what to expect for next day. They worked fast and finished sooner then expected, despite the holiday season we were in. I personally never heard of a remodel being done ahead of schedule and on budget. They are a great team that cares about your family and your well-being. We are very glad we met them.“

Since then, I have had 2 small projects which I feared were too small for TRS to take on but they provided the same excellent service for those projects (outside door installations, popcorn removal and bathroom light replacement) as for the kitchen remodel. I had several companies bid on the popcorn/bathroom project and all agreed to provide the requested services with no suggested changes. When I told TRS what I had in mind, Shaniko immediately suggested a much more aesthetically pleasing plan and knew what additions needed to be made to meet Code.
