When I called ProStar I was given an appointment time for an initial consultation a couple weeks out. I used this time to draw up ideas, floorplans, and even had my kid render my ideas in SIMS 4!The project manager named Carlos met me at my home right on time. We talked through my extensive list of ideas, concerns, and questions. He did a walkthrough, took photos and measurements, and then provided me with thoughtful insights on how we could be more effective with the space. I appreciated that he took all of my input and enhanced it with his expertise. It will be about a week until the quote is ready.
