“I recommend NGTX. Recently a huge hailstorm hit our neighborhood. I had to have a lot of different jobs done to repair the house, and NGTX handled them all. I got a new roof, repainted siding, and repaired screens, among other things. Nick Grade owns the company and was fast with his communication, professional when visiting the house, and connected to companies who do excellent quality work. Nick was fair and transparent with pricing for different aspects of the job. Using him as a contractor made my potentially very complicated projects simple and stress free. “We had a leak from the toilet because of an improper flange installation 2 years ago. Water seeped under the tile into the wall rotting out the baseboard and resulting in mold within the wall.I was referred to Capitol Renovations by a plumber. I contacted Fred who came to the house, assessed the problem, and got right to work. He was honest and answered all questions with common sense solutions.He fixed the baseboard and mitigated the mold. We are very satisfied with his work and reasonable charges. “Building a pool was never in our family plans. Enter moving into Texas and we knew it was a must-have! From our first meeting with Colin, he made sure to take into account all of our wants and needs for a pool along with sticking within our budget. He was extremely patient in answering the many questions we had, and designed a stunning pool that we have already received so many compliments on! Colin was out at the sight several times to check on progress and to answer any questions we had. Dom was also amazing in the process as our supervisor! He was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. He came out at least once during each phase to monitor progress to make sure everything was coming together, just as I was supposed to. He even came out before the first freeze of the season to make sure that our pool, that was not even finished yet, would have no damage done to it. As we begin the start up of our brand new pool, even the experts during pool school have been five-star throughout this entire process. Cody pools made it easy, enjoyable and have delivered on a stunningly beautiful pool. Thank you Colin and Dom for working so hard to deliver a dream we never knew we had in owning a pool!“
