Alter Construction
“Exceptional Experience with Alter Construction: Communication, Timeline, and Transparency
We had a truly outstanding experience working with Eli and Cynthia at Alter Construction on our recent home addition (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). From start to finish, the company demonstrated a commitment to excellence, particularly in areas that matter most to us: communication, timeline adherence, and transparency.
Eli and his team set a high bar for communication. They were not only accessible but also proactive. We received regular, detailed updates via calls, texts, and photos, which kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. All of our questions and concerns, no matter how minor, were addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Construction projects are notorious for delays, but Eli managed his worker's scheduling masterfully. He understands the importance of respecting a client's time.
The great transparency provided by Alter Construction was one of the most comforting aspects of the entire process. The initial estimate was comprehensive, and they maintained an open-book policy regarding all costs and material selections. When any unforeseen issues arose, they communicated the problem, solutions, and the potential impact on the budget/timeline immediately, allowing for informed decisions.”
