Upon inspecting the attic also, it was found that it was only the sealant that needs to be done from the outside of the roof. He took off the old sealant and put a new one for FREE. Also couple of screws. Very hard to find honest and hard working people. Really happy to leave this feedback. I offered him money for his work but he politely declined saying its not a big deal. They earned my TRUST. Very nice guy. Thank you!“
