“Jon Townsend reroofed 2 of our properties after the hail storm. I liked how he represented himself and that he is a local company that stands for its work. His offer entailed most/all of the items I could discern that other companies had offered, at a good price. He also explained and educated me. The estimates seemed fair, he offered to wait for 2nd 50%, the final payment, until after the insurance was settled. He followed up promptly with written estimates and contracts. The crew did the work within the time period promised and the tenants reported positively about the crew & the work.He sent pictures of the work. I wasn't able to do quality control but I trust that he did what was right to do. Communication was pleasant and on point. One drawback: payments were by check which was a bit of a hassle for us, but managable. I recommend his company and will use him again which I hope will not be for a long time.“
