The stove hood in our restaurant wouldn't turn on today. We can not operate without it. I Called William and he showed up in two hours and quickly diagnosed the problem.It needed a motor. I went to buy one and he started removing the old one. When I returned, he quickly installed the new one and we are now able to open for dinner.It's a big expense for a restaurant to shutdown even for one shift. WIlliam is our hero of the week!
