Alter Construction

We hired Eli/Alter Construction for a major renovation of our new home, including a complete kitchen remodel, complete primary bathroom remodel, continuing new flooring throughout the home, epoxy garage floors, fireplace build out, and updates to several other areas.

This was a huge financial investment for us, and we really wanted to make sure it was done right. Working with Alter Construction has been a fantastic experience. We recently had them in to help us do a dining room to office conversion - Eli and crew were clear in communication, handled everything well with the buildout and we've been really happy with the final space. We're definitely going to use them for any renovations.

We had Alter Construction convert an existing wet bar in our home into a dedicated office, and we’re extremely happy with the outcome. The finished space looks fantastic and feels like it was always meant to be part of the house.

As with any renovation project, there were a few things that had to be worked through along the way, but the team was responsive, easy to work with, and committed to making sure we were happy with the final result.
