“Dr Henthorne has been caring for our pups since we moved to Drip 3 years ago and I can honestly say she’s the most caring, straightforward and kind vet we’ve ever had. She always gives us honest advice, never tries to upsell us or recommend unnecessary tests or treatments and you can tell genuinely cares about the pets under her care. We had an emergency over the weekend and got right into Firehouse 7:30 on Monday morning and they patched up my pup and have checked in to make sure she’s doing well. Their pricing is extremely fair and upfront and I never leave feeling like I was overcharged. Highly recommend Firehouse Belterra!!!“

“Really appreciated my visit with Dr. G! My dog has had health issues since we got him, so in the last 3 years, I’ve learned a lot on how to manage his issues. By the time we switched services to T&C, we’d already tried everything. Even so, I still learned a few new things from Dr. G, got great advice on other things to try, and I loved how she didn’t rush through our appointment. She also suggested advanced next steps but was quick to tell me we aren’t there yet. That helps me as a pet parent plan for what might be to come in the next few years.

Also, as a pet parent with a dog that needs to be on consistent (expensive!) prescription medication, I also appreciated them suggesting ways I can save money on his pills. That’s not something a vet and vet tech usually tell me unless I specifically ask.

“First time at Republic due to an urgent matter for our Bully and his usual vet didn’t have availability that week. We were received by a very compassionate front desk who was a very sweet professional lady. We got called back and received the best care we have had in a very long time. The vet took her time and assessed our baby. She took our concerns seriously and we never felt rushed. She is helping us establish a health plan to target our dog’s root problem which no one has ever done before. “I called yesterday and they said they could clean my dog’s teeth TODAY! It was my first time getting my 5 year old maltipoos teeth cleaned and I was super nervous but I knew it had to be done for her health. This office is full of people that genuinely care. I said I was nervous and started crying and one of the ladies asked me if I wanted a hug and came up and gave me one. I was just so frightened my pup wouldn’t wake up from it. They called me to tell me when her surgery was finished and when she was ready to be picked up. They were clear about before and after care instructions and the price was affordable. Dogs dental health is incredibly important so it’s worth it. They assured me everything would be fine and they were right! I got off work and picked up my baby. Look at those pearly whites! And her stinky breath is gone too!“
