I absolutely love this place. My first time here was 6 months ago when my dog got injured and she needed to see a vet urgently. They waived the $75 exam fee and tended to her right away. The doctor patiently discussed all my options with me and even found some flexibility in the price range. The techs and the desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Seriously, they offered soda and coffee and snacks, they gave me a Firehouse water bottle, a sticker, a dog tag, even offered me a bottle of wine (!?). The hospitality was almost comical. I loved my visit to Firehouse. I looked at so many vets and this one is by far the most personable and took the time to explain everything to me! I couldn't recommend it enough. They took such good care of my sweet ruby!

Had a great first experience. My pup was able to be seen even with a tight time slot before close. I also left there with great peace of mind. Dr. Mike did a great job to help me understand the situation and I'm really appreciative of Firehouse.
