Just want to say that Dr. Patel is a very good veterinarian, we've been bringing our pet there since he was about 3 months old, he's now 6 yrs old, praise God. He's been well taken care of here, so no complaints regarding the Vet. However, the staff up front could work on having a better system on the calls, at times, the hold time is way too long! And yes the phone rings after being on hold for a while & then recording comes in indicating calls can't be answered at the time to call back! This is the only complaint other than this we would and do recommend this facility to others.

I love this place they are so friendly and so affordable ? they make my pups feel at ease. my only gripe would be the place could use a deep clean. We always come home covered in hair from the appointment.

I called and made an appointment to get my puppy spayed and was surprised I was able to get in the next day. I tried other places around town and they were booked up. I checked my own vets office but it would’ve cost 3 1/2 times the cost as what I paid here. When I took my puppy in for the appointment the next morning, I discovered I contacted the wrong branch and I had made an appointment for the Wells Branch location. However, the South Branch worked us in and I was still able to get my puppy spayed that day. I was very impressed they were so willing to accommodate me.
