Following a negative experience with our local vet, I made the switch over to Whitestone Animal Hospital - they have all been phenomenal, especially the doctors. Drs. Walden, Kim, and Kramr have all been attentive, dedicated, and thorough in their care with both my cats, as well as with me as their client. All have spent a considerable amount of time addressing multiple needs and concerns, both during the appointment and in follow-up calls.
Aside from them being closed for lunch daily, the office is easy to reach. In the rare moments I'm unable to get through, they have always called me back within the hour whether I have left a voicemail or not. Scheduling and availability has been straightforward - I have never had to wait more than 2-3 days for an appointment, and staff has been flexible and understanding in extenuating circumstances. Very grateful for this vet clinic.
Something worth mentioning:
our previous vet had charged me over $200 for a urine culture to isolate bacteria-resistent antibiotics for treating my cats uti. After waiting over a month on results they couldn't give me an explanation for not having, I left them and went to Whitestone. That's when Dr. Kramr requested all records and found that the lab never did the culture because the sample sent by the previous vet was inadequate. After discovering this, Dr. Kramr instructed them to call me to give me a refund for a lab test that never occurred. Because of her advocacy, they reached out to apologize and return the $218 for services never rendered.
Whitestone ran the same culture test again for about $30 less, and had results back within 72 hours.”
