“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Parmer Lane Pet Hospital and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel like my pet and I were in good hands. Everyone took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examine my pet, explaining everything along the way. Their compassion and expertise were evident throughout the visit, and I left feeling confident in the care my pet had received.“

“The staff here are so friendly and it makes the process so much easier. My cat is very fractious and they always take their time with him and dont do anything hes not comfortable with! Dr. Winegarner is super sweet and has cats of her own so id recommend going to her if you have an anxious kitty. They are also super quick with pet prescriptions if your pet needs those as well!“

“I cannot recommend Whitestone Veterinary Clinic highly enough. They have the BEST vets & the most AMAZING techs & receptionists. They have been incredibly responsive, flexible with scheduling, and easy to communicate with throughout every step of our dogs’ care. Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve taken the time to listen and explain things clearly, which has made stressful situations much easier to navigate.

Their pricing has always been fair and reasonable, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary testing or treatments.

One thing I particularly appreciate is their willingness to stay within their scope of expertise. Rather than jumping to conclusions on complex diagnoses, they are appropriately conservative and recognize when a specialist’s evaluation is needed. I have had four dogs under their care, and three ultimately required specialist referrals. Whitestone always provided those referrals promptly, but they were also honest with me when the cost of a specialist was unlikely to outweigh the potential benefit of treatment.

I had two senior dogs with suspected terminal illnesses who ultimately passed away. During those difficult times, I appreciated their honesty in helping me understand when pursuing extensive specialist care might not be in my dogs’ best interests financially or medically. That level of honesty and professionalism gave me confidence that their recommendations were truly centered on the well-being of my pets rather than making money. They even sent cards when I notified them of my dogs passing :,)

Most recently, my 4-year-old dachshund injured her back. Whitestone squeezed us in for an appointment the very next day. Although we suspected IVDD, they appropriately started with conservative treatment and medication to see if she could recover without specialist intervention. Unfortunately, she did not improve and ultimately needed advanced care.

When that happened, Whitestone went above and beyond. They made sure the specialist had every lab result, X-ray, and medical record they had collected so we would not have to repeat unnecessary testing at AVES. They helped get her into the specialist the very next day, and she underwent surgery today! Thankfully, she is now on the mend with an excellent prognosis.

Finding a veterinary team that is compassionate, accessible, reasonably priced, ethical, and genuinely invested in their patients is rare. We are incredibly grateful for the care they have provided over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.“

“Amazing reptile vet. Dr Cox is so kind and informative! Really pleased with the services here. Financial info: We treated my beardie everyday for a week and then I took her back in for a follow up. First visit was $200 for a bunch of things that they tested her with and injections and eye drops for me to take home. Follow up visit was $180 for the follow up and blood work. I feel very safe having a plan going forward with my beardie and trust she is in good hands. Dr Cox also does a great job running down all of the specific charges and explaining what they were for!“
