In fact, they called me back and said Dr. Blatchford could squeeze her in immediately. Even as a last minute addition, Dr.Blatchford took so much time with us, answered my many questions and made sure Caliber had everything she needed to set her up for success. The entire staff was so helpful from start to finish and made sure Caliber was comfortable and happy every step of the way. THANK YOU!!!“

They always provide more than one option to solve any issues and the visits are under 30 minutes so I am able to get in and out quickly. “These guys are my new go to vet after the wonderful, life saving care they gave to my cat Annie. Not to mention it’s the most affordable full service vet clinic I’ve found in Austin/cedar park. The doctor really took her time asking questions to understand what was going on and was extremely thorough in addressing all the possibilities of what could be happening to my baby. “The picture below is my cat California (Cal). Firehouse saw Cal when he was having seizures. And the team at firehouse is amazing and very friendly! Dr. Hill (no relation) was very helpful. She explained everything to us on what could cause it and even printed out papers with information. We had blood work scheduled to see if we could rule out if it was a physical illness or neurological. Sadly we weren’t able to and we are moving states today, but he will get in for blood work. All though I feel more neurological. He’s always wanting to eat and play constantly bouncing off the walls. And the meds are working. Knowing we were tight on funds they gave us a written prescription so we could look around and see which place would have his meds cheaper. I know I’ve only been here once, but the vibe of this place is super friendly. I would definitely come here!“

“I love Dr. Will and all the support staff at Parmer Lane Pet Hospital. My dog just turned one year old and we have been bringing him there since he was 8 weeks old. They've seen my dog sick multiple times and there is always a follow up phone call in which they ask the status of the dog, and ask you if you have questions or concerns. What I like most about this practice is they never rush you through an appt. They allow you ample time to voice concerns and ask questions. Dr. Will is particularly knowledgeable and is always genuinely happy to see our dog thriving.“
