“I am writing this reference letter to highly recommend Claremont Properties. They have proven to be a reliable contractor in helping communities recover from catastrophic events such as Hurricanes Helene and Milton which occurred on Longboat Key, FL in 2024. Our Condominium Association, Spanish Main Yacht Club, is comprised of 212 units, all of which all were under water after the Helene flood event. I was involved in the selection of CPC as the contractor with the resources to rebuild our community and feel they did a commendable job. Dealing with the Town of Longboat Key, the state of Florida, FEMA, many suppliers, numerous subcontractors, our construction manager, our public adjuster, attorneys, 2 Board of Directors, and 212 individual owners, CPC had to overcome an almost overwhelming number of issues and problems. Personally, although the process was painful, I was pleased with the end result of the work. The Megarity family, owners of CPC, some of their staff including Michael Coumanis, Josh Counts, Kellie Monroe, and especially Estella worked with all the people in our community with expertise and professionalism.

I knew it had some mold issues but didn't know how bad. David came into my home, assessed the issues, took initial photos to show me and explained what needed to be done.
2 days later, crew was in and out in about 4 hours. Quick and thorough (see pics)
The price was very fair and there was no attempts to upcharge for additional services.

“Excellent team, excellent support staff, and excellent remediation test results. I found DryMore through the recommendation of another mold testing firm that does not provide remediation. I researched and got job estimates from several other companies. They were the most cost effective and were available to get to work. The office manager and go to contact is Karen Lopez. She was available for all questions and coordination between the remediation team and myself. (FYI: I am an older single female handling this issue on my own). The remediation team, Brian Smith and Matthew Zeiter did my work and went above and beyond just doing mold remediation. An unexpected electrical issue at my house started a small fire while Matthew and Brian were there and they were quick to get a fire extinguisher they had seen in the garage and put the fire out. When the mold inspector from the inspection firm I had used returned to do a final inspection he was highly complimentary of the work that had been done and how neat and clean the area was left.They walked through the process with me, did the required work and got praise from the inspector. There just isn't anything more you could ask of DryMore. If I have another issue with mold at anytime in the future I will save myself a lot of time and just call Karen and DryMore.“
