“I found Fantastic Carpet Services through Google and decided to give them a call. They were booked about a week out, but they were kind enough to fit me into their busy schedule, which I really appreciated.

From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. When Jim arrived, he called ahead, introduced himself, and immediately made a great impression. He was respectful, personable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right.

“My toilet broke unexpectedly and water went all over the bathroom and into the hallway, I called Servpro of Houston Heights and they were at my place really fast, Jonathan was the one I spoke with and he was so professional and kind, he explained exactly what needed to be done and made sure I understood each step, the crew set up all the drying equipment right away and checked everything until it was completely dry, they made the whole process so much less stressful and I’m so grateful for how quickly they got everything back to normal“

“Excellent team, excellent support staff, and excellent remediation test results. I found DryMore through the recommendation of another mold testing firm that does not provide remediation. I researched and got job estimates from several other companies. They were the most cost effective and were available to get to work. The office manager and go to contact is Karen Lopez. She was available for all questions and coordination between the remediation team and myself. (FYI: I am an older single female handling this issue on my own). The remediation team, Brian Smith and Matthew Zeiter did my work and went above and beyond just doing mold remediation. An unexpected electrical issue at my house started a small fire while Matthew and Brian were there and they were quick to get a fire extinguisher they had seen in the garage and put the fire out. When the mold inspector from the inspection firm I had used returned to do a final inspection he was highly complimentary of the work that had been done and how neat and clean the area was left.They walked through the process with me, did the required work and got praise from the inspector.
