Nadir from 1800 Water Damage in Houston, TX is a rockstar! We called on Christmas eve late in the evening when my family was freaked out about water leaking through our roof in the living room. Nadir immediately said he could be at our home in 20-25 mins for a free inspection of what might be going on, which was an unbelievable response time and offer considering the timing. Despite it being 10 pm, he was in full uniform, wore shoe covers, gave his business card etc. which was utmost professional. 1-800 Water Damage saved my house. We had a water leak from the washing machine and the entire house was full of water. I've heard about them from a colleague, so I called them and they were very responsive. The entire team was helpful and efficient, on time, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. They cleaned up all the mess the same day, and managed to dry the house in 5 days. Exceptional service and care. Happy to work with them, I hope I don't have water leaks in the future, but if I do, I will call them again!
