They have proven to be a reliable contractor in helping communities recover from catastrophic events such as Hurricanes Helene and Milton which occurred on Longboat Key, FL in 2024. I am pleased to offer my review for the Claremont Property Company on the remediation of my unit and the other 200+ units in the community of Gardens of Beacon Square 4 in New Port Richey Florida. Although we were hoping to move back in 8-10 months (never been thru a remediation process before) it took over a year before we came back. Our unit had only 2-3 minor issues but were resolved by Patrick within hours.
